SP925 is a low-viscosity, chemically neutral and non-corrosive extrudable thixotropic membrane based on hybrid polymer technology.
It cures by absorbing moisture from the air to form a solid, elastic, airtight and waterproof coating with good resistance to UV rays and ageing.
This membrane has very high elasticity, ideal for absorbing the movements of structural elements and the expansion of materials. It has excellent adhesion, even on damp (non-run-off) surfaces.
