Introducing the XtremDalle aluminium decking slab. We use our XtremDeck aluminium decking board, which we assemble on aluminium joists using our special fixings, to create the XtremDalle slab.
XtremDalle works in exactly the same way as traditional slabs on concrete or wooden blocks: the slab is pre-assembled in the factory and simply installed on adjustable blocks, which can be either PVC or, for very specific situations where total fire resistance is required, steel blocks. We offer XtremDalle in widths of 60cm (i.e. 3 slats), with a choice of lengths (1.50m, 2m, 2.50m ... up to 4.00m).
XtremDalle can be installed in any type of private or public space: either on waterproofing, or on any other type of flooring such as concrete slabs, etc ...
La slab on aluminium blocks for sealing
XtremDalle is particularly suitable for waterproofed flat roofs. XtremDalle is as easy to use and maintain as traditional concrete or wooden slabs. XtremDalle is laid directly on adjustable studs (or even on a raised joist).
XtremDalle aluminium slabs on blocks can therefore be easily removed to inspect the waterproofing sheet and upstands, in compliance with DTU 43.1.
XtremDalle is available in 60cm widths and variable lengths (between 1.50m and 4.00m).
XtremDalle can be supplied with either an epoxy powder coating or an acrylic paint system, with an anti-slip option.
An aluminium slab on adjustable feet
XtremDeck is made in France, which means we can offer you a wide range of projects. Here we see the installation of the XtremDalle aluminium slab on studs, laid directly on the adjustable studs, which are compatible with the joists used to assemble the slab. The spacings between the blocks are respected to comply with DTU 43.1.
The finish is perfect and the spacing between the boards allows rainwater to run off.
Slab on blocks in non-combustible aluminium
The XtremDalle system is 100% non-combustible in all its components: the XtremDeck boards that make up the floor, the joists that hold the slabs together, the steel fixings and, if required, the adjustable feet that we can supply in steel.
XtremDalle is therefore the product of choice for roof terraces on high-rise buildings, where it is forbidden to bring in combustible products. XtremDalle can also be used on these high-rise buildings for storey balconies, walkways and other walkways.
Once again, as well as being non-combustible, XtremDalle aluminium slabs on blocks are easy to install, facilitate the upkeep and maintenance of waterproofing systems, and can be offered in a choice of RAL colours, with a highly anti-slip coating.
