Here's a beautiful waterproof terrace we've built over a swimming pool enclosure. We've detailed every stage of the project: structure, watertight joisting, invisible fastening of the boards, railing, staircase, rainwater drainage. The whole package.

masonry structure is at the rear of the pool
1 : This masonry structure is at the back of the swimming pool and accommodates the rollaway enclosure that slides underneath. The project involves creating a raised terrace to serve as a solarium above the beautiful pool. The terrace also needs to be watertight so that leaves, water from gullies and other pollution don't dirty or damage the pool enclosure when it's in the folded position.
removable hatch
2 : We created a removable hatch on each side. Once in place, the hatch is watertight!

5 Installation of inserts in the wooden structure under the removable tiles, so that they are firmly attached to the structure and can be easily dismantled using a simple hexagonal spanner.
