THE properties aluminum

Sublimation aluminum blades stay cooler in the sun than wood or composite blades, thanks to their high thermal conductivity that allows for rapid heat dissipation. In summer, they are up to 20 % cooler than wood and 30 % cooler than composite.

Aluminum features reflective surfaces and clear finishes that limit heat absorption. In addition, reflective pigments in sublimation coatings help reduce surface temperatures. These characteristics make aluminum a particularly suitable material for exterior surfaces.
