XtremDeck aluminium decking with anti-slip polyurethane resin coating

Our aluminium decking boards can be supplied with a polyurethane-based anti-slip coating. We offer several types of resin to suit the needs of the site:

• Anti-slip resin with Silica aggregate
• Anti-slip resin with co-ethylene beads
• Anti-slip resin with flexible EPDM granules
• Polyurethane resin with glitter inlay
• Smooth polyurethane resin

We always stock a large quantity of raw aluminium slats, so we can offer you a made-to-measure polyurethane anti-slip coating to match your choice of colours and slip-resistance requirements.

XtremDeck aluminium decking with polyurethane resin and anti-slip coating Silica.

This coating is highly resistant to mechanical stress, and the Silica coating is extremely slip-resistant and extremely durable. We can dose the amount of Silica granulate that we incorporate into the board to give it a more or less rough, anti-slip appearance, depending on the needs and stresses of the project. In this version, the resin can be supplied in most RAL colours and the silica granules are also available in a wide range of colours.

XtremDeck aluminium decking with polyurethane resin and anti-slip coating Co-ethylene

We can incorporate anti-slip granules made from co-ethylene beads. These are tiny polymer (plastic) beads that are very hard-wearing, but much less rough and abrasive than the Silica coating, and even allow you to walk on our deck boards barefoot. This coating is therefore ideal for boat pontoons, river bases, swimming pools, etc...
As the beads are completely transparent, the resin is available in all the colours of the RAL range, so you can choose aluminium decking boards with very good slip resistance, in the colour of your choice.

XtremDeck aluminium decking with polyurethane resin and anti-slip coating EPDM

This version includes extruded EPDM granules. EPDM is in fact synthetic rubber dyed in the mass. This covering is very interesting because it is flexible and very soft on the feet. It is therefore perfectly suited to projects where users have to go barefoot, such as swimming pools, leisure centres, swimming pool pontoons and walkways.
It is also possible to increase the thickness of this EPDM coating for children's play areas, offering them a coating that is both non-slip and flexible.
